In addition to our volunteers, who embody the Society's mission, Saanich Volunteer Services Society operates its programming with a small team of paid staff. Our executive director, Carol Turnbull, works hard to encourage a cohesive, successful crew. Staff guide our volunteers to ensure as many clients as possible are helped across our strategic areas of focus: food security, appointment driving, light housekeeping, friendship and community building along with referral based care.  With these  strategic directions, Saanich Volunteer Services Society means to safely maintain clients' capabilities to remain safely and independently housed.  Carol, our staff and our volunteers all hope to provide Saanich residents with a cheery resource to rely upon.
